Inauguration of PetroAfrica Exhibition 2023

The Libyan Group for Oil and Energy Services, in partnership with a number of Whiba Holding companies, namely the Libyan Group for Drilling and Maintenance of Oil and Gas Wells, the Kayan Oil Company, Mega Projects Company, and the Investment Company for Panel Sandwich, participated in the activities of PetroAfrica Exhibition 2023.
The first day of the exhibition held between October 16th and 19th was marked by the visit of the Minister of Economy and Trade and the Minister of Oil to the pavilion of Whiba Holding, where they stressed the importance of the role of the private sector in advancing the development of the sector and the necessity of opening the way for specialized local companies to contribute to the implementation of the desired strategic policies and plans in the near future. The two ministers also urged the need to benefit from the expertise, experience, and participation of international companies, and provide opportunities for Libyan youth and cadres working in the oil and energy sector and train them. Whiba Holding and its participating subsidiaries were praised for their efforts as pioneers in many industrial sectors.
